Started in a basement studio
Acting Space founders Amin and Nick met in a dingy studio basement in Marrakech, bonding over the perfect snare sample and their shared frustrations as solo creators. The studios were expensive, the equipment outdated, and there was no sense of community — just isolated creators working in silos.
Tired of empty studios, high rents, and isolation, they set out to build something different: a flexible, professional studio membership where creators could work, socialise, and inspire each other — together.
What started as a single podcast room in 2022 has grown into Marrakech's most vibrant creative network, with 4 locations, 80+ studios, and a community of over 1,000 active members ranging from emerging artists to established broadcasters.
